Mains Powered Oil Separator Alarm

Installed within the separator, the mains powered interceptor alarm system incorporates a 12mm high oil conductivity probe sensor. This sensor operates automatically, continuously monitoring the levels of oil, silt, and liquid within the separator. When these levels exceed acceptable thresholds, the alarm is triggered, activating either a claxon or a beacon. This audible or visual signal provides immediate notification of excessive liquid levels.

For remote and distant settings, the system can also transmit alert messages via text messages. These alarm warnings offer valuable time to initiate corrective measures, ensuring the secure and cost-effective functioning of separators. This preventive action prevents the passage of oil through the separator, averting watercourse pollution that could result in substantial fines and cleanup expenses.

The alarm system, along with its sensors, establishes an elevated level of safety. Its installation is straightforward and customised for precise monitoring of oil and petrol separators.
